Moving in

If you are looking to move into Parc Apartments, it is our pleasure as the on-site rental property manager to welcome you. Please feel free to stop by during office hours 10.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday if there is anything we can assist you with. At all times be respectful of your neighbours to ensure we maintain a harmonious place to live.

All rental applicants must complete an Application for Tenancy.

To help you settle in we have included a few housekeeping rules:

Pool Hours 6.30am to 9.00pm
Gym Hours 6.30am to 9.00pm
General Waste Please use the garbage chutes provided or bins in the car park
Recycling Please use yellow recycling bins at the front of the building
No smoking Smoking is not permitted within your apartment, the car park or pool area and on any common grounds
Locked out? If you lock yourself out of your apartment after-hours, telephone our night service on (07) 3211 4960. A fee of $110 applies to all after-hours lock out calls.
Payment of Rent Our preferred method of rent payment is Electronic Funds Transfer to the bank account. Please contact the office staff for further details
Entry Condition Report Please return your Entry Condition Report to reception within the first week of your lease term to ensure you aren’t charged for any damage during your stay
Car park Please do not store any personal items in your car park. If you require additional storage please enquire with us about hire of a storage room
Internet Parc Apartments does not have a centralised internet provider. Please make your own enquires if you wish to connect to the Internet
Electricity/Gas Metered Energy Holdings are the internal provider of electricity/gas needs. To set up your account, please ensure to fill out the online form as soon as you commence your lease. The form can be found at Metered Energy
